Admission Guidelines
EligibilityCandidates seeking admission to the Bachelor of Education (B.Ed.) Programme must fulfill the following criteria:
- Bachelor's Degree and/or Master's Degree from a recognized University.
- Minimum 50% marks in Graduation or 55% marks in Post-Graduation.
- Relaxation in qualifying marks shall be applicable for reserved categories as per the Government of Maharashtra, University of Mumbai, and NCTE norms.
- Admissions are conducted through the Centralized Admission Process (CAP) of the Government of Maharashtra.
Admission Process
- Register through the Government of Maharashtra CAP Portal.
- Participate in the counselling and seat allotment process.
- Report to the College with original documents for verification.
- Pay the prescribed fees to confirm admission.

The minimum qualifications for a person to be eligible for appointment as a teacher for class I to VIIIlaid down as per RTE Act. And NCTE. It had been inter alia provided that one of the essential qualifications for a person to be eligible for appointment as a teacher in any of the schools referred to in Clause (n) of section 2 of the RTE Act is that he/she should pass the Teacher Eligibility Test (TET) which will be conducted by the appropriate Government in accordance with the Guidelines framed by the NCTE.
